Tommy’s Legal Defense

My Great Good Friends,

Whilst this note may end up on (my editor is always looking for grist) it is not the usual polemic, or, as some of you call it ‘rant’.

This is a solicitation for help. The unprecedented success the left is having in scuttling free speech and debate is striking close to home. An acquaintance, Gavin McInnes, co-founder of Vice Media, is in my opinion one of the essential resources for the thinking right. His articulate defense of traditional values and success at illuminating the fascist tactics the militant left employs to silence conservatives has had a cost attendant.

After eight years on Fox News, Gavin’s regular contributor segments were dropped and he is building out new forums (having resigned this week from Rebel Media and Compound Media).

While engaged in the high profile national media debate over Orwellian Antifa, Gavin still shows tremendous concern for for those mostly anonymous individuals caught in the nascent violence of the militant left.

One such case is Tommy Christensen. Gavin has told me after being harassed and assaulted in Portland Mr. Christenson relocated to Chicago where he was again assaulted and hospitalized. A year later, assaulted a third time he fought back, hospitalized his assailants and was arrested.

Gavin has established a legal defense fund for Mr. Christenson. Donations may be made through PayPal at Gavin has promised complete transparency and receipts, so please help if you can.

AnyHowitzer, enjoy the Labor Day weekend, and remember: “Labor without Capital is just a hobby.”

Well… That Was Quick!

My Great Good Friends,

On July 20th I scribbled a brief parry-ripost to the news 43 Senators and 247 House members backed a bill (S.720 / H.R.1697) to criminalize American citizens support for BDS.

Within one week they had been backed down. As the kids say: “You couldn’t make this stuff up”.

Drafted by AIPAC, the legislation mirrored a ‘Basic Law’ recently passed by the Knesset. Unfortunately for the zionists, our country is a secular representative democracy not a segregationist theocracy like the country they are truly loyal to, and the bill was crushed.

The number of Representatives and Senators who walked back their typical knee-jerk support of anything AIPAC feeds them (e.x.; J. Kennedy III, Gillibrand, Cantwell, Wyden, McCaskill, Bluementhal) turned into a stampede when an op-ed in the Washington Post by David Cole and Faiz Shakir (respectively Legal and Political Director of the national ACLU) appeared stating the bill was unconstitutional.

The pols hypocritical retreat was hysterical, however none more cringe evoking than that of the bill’s lead author Senator Cardin who said; “We thought it only dealt with civil penalties, not criminal penalties… .” Jesus Bill, read your own legislation much or just shovel AIPAC ghost written bills onto the Senate floor?

There was a time when just stopping a zionist anti-American initiative was considered a victory. Today we expect and receive more. For example Senator Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY) was questioned at a town hall meeting in NYC (of all places) on the bill and in addition to saying she was ‘reviewing’ her support added a strong criticism of Netanyahu whom she said “had no vision for peace in the region” and concluded with “I do share concerns about the current government of Israel“.

These are great days for freedom.

Bibi as Mr. Rogers

My Great Good Friends,

Good buddy John shared the video below, originally from the Israeli Video Network. In it Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu goes on at some length about the open nature of Israeli society, how he visited a Moslem school, how he encourages children to become Arabic / Hebrew bilingual, etc.

His denouement is life for gentiles in Tel Aviv is better than it would be in Aleppo. And in Zionism’s relativist world of ‘Operation Protective Edge’ is bad genocide, but ‘Operation Reinhard’ was worse genocide, I guess that makes sense.

AnyHowitzer, enjoy the video, and please note my critique,

Thank you JD,

I’ve heard him make that point a number of times.

Unfortunately it’s reminiscent of a 1960s segregationist Governor extolling social change, but without addressing the discrimination institutionally inshrined in law.

In Israel’s case that would include their foundational documents and things like the right of return, an ethnocentric state, the establishment of zones of limited autonomy for indigenous people, etc.

Further the Israelis practice what is referred to as ‘visible equality’, i.e.; fanfare for granting gentile citizens the vote, but, only after having gerrymandered (through resettlement of +/- 750k Palestinians) Jewish demographic majorities and prohibiting any Palestinian political party from being part of a governing coalition.

The Israeli approach may be more subtle than South African apartheid (Afrikaans for “separate”), whose gerrymandering had 87% of the land controlled by whites, but no less insidious. Further Israel shrewdly legitimized their version of ‘separateness’ by framing it in nationalist versus racial terms.

After all that, can you imagine how President Trump must have shaken Likud when he said we were open to a one state solution.

AnyHowitzer please see SPQR.Today for other examples of BiBi reacting to a post Security Council Resolution 2334 world.

To quote the BNC; “This time the real news is that this time around Israel, with all it’s influence in Washington, cannot put the genie back in the bottle.”

And that is thanks to president Obama.

Game – Set – Match

My Great Good Friends,

As I wrote in the gloaming of the previous administration; America facilitating the unanimous passage of UN Security Council Resolution 2334 was the seminal event in the world wide opposition to Israeli oppression of individuals in the occupied territories and the apartheid treatment of their own non-Jewish citizens.

An acquaintance has just returned from Israeli where he interviewed Jews and Gentiles including members of the Knesset. His on the ground observations confirm my opinion (from reading the Israeli press) that the discussion there is both more nuanced and broader than here. And so again my curiosity is piqued: Why are we only exposed to the Likud version propaganda?

Certainly the traditional left liberal prospective of American Jewry would be expected to rage against statist oppression, institutionalized violence, civil rights predicated on professions of religious belief and communal punishment, if it were practiced by any other theocracy.

Paradoxically, while my acquaintance was there, laws were enacted to bar entrance to the country based upon an individuals beliefs versus actions. Orwell’s nightmare of INGSOC thought police made real.

And a pitiful paradox at that. As Ms Mairav Zonszein wrote in The Nation:

“The law passed last week by Israel’s Knesset makes clear that being pro-Israel has nothing to do with being Jewish, or liberal, or supporting democratic values, human rights or critical thinking. By trying to fend off criticism of it’s democratic infractions, the Israeli government has doubled down on it’s anti-democratic policies, declaring war on American liberals, and as regarding the Jewish community, turning Israel’s greatest allies into it’s greatest nemeses.”

I remember with disgust the damning silence in 1982 from my liberal friends when the massacres at Sabra and Chatila were exposed as murdering as many as 3,500 innocent women, children and elderly men. Even then their painful cognitive dissonance, of knowing that they had witnessed a crime but they could not bring themselves to criticize the criminals, was a foreshadowing.

A foreshadowing of the hegemonic veil of American Jewry’s support for Israel being ‘rent in twain from top to bottom’ (KJV) thirty five years later. It’s been a long time, but from death camps to J Street was a long way to travel.

For a profound exposition on the subject I commend to your attention Peter Beinart’s essay “The Failure of the American Jewish Establishment” published in the New York Review of Books. Beinart is a 40 year old Orthodox Jew, professed Zionist and former editor of The New Republic. His attack on the AIPAC establishment for supporting Israeli apartheid at the cost of the community’s ethos is scathing.

Beinart in part; “For several decades the Jewish establishment has asked American Jews to check their liberalism at Zionism’s door, and now – to their horror – they are finding many young Jews have checked their Zionism instead.”

Finally, to Likud Israeli apartheid policies destroying cultural diaspora as well as the inhabitants of the occupied territories; Professor Stephen M. Cohen, Director of the Jewish policy archive at NYU.

Cohen in part: “Jews are torn between two instincts, they want to protect Israel but they see Israel’s actions as undermining their basic values as Jews, as Americans and as human beings. Israeli policy seems to them to be xenophobic, chauvinistic, ultra-religious, non-pluralistic and discriminatory towards foreigners.”

And so, to the extent the old Zionist’s diversion defense of accusing anyone who objects to Israeli policy of being an anti-Semite is not going to work anymore, this brings us back to UN SCR 2334.

I confess to being light years removed from the fear and suffering imposed by each side on the other in the Palestinian / Israeli conflict. My concern, my only concern, is for America – and I hate anyone who uses the freedom America grants them to hurt her.

As I predicted (A Big Tent, 01-16-17, SPQR.Today) the impact of the UN Resolution will be to cast light on the fact that it is only the United States which enables Israeli apartheid. And we do so to our own strategic disadvantage only because their fifth column in government and the media shape public perception whereby our blood and treasure can be squandered for their interests.

  1. A UN report written by two Americans (available in its entirety at and unanimously approved condemns Israel as an “Apartheid State”. Which in international law is the penultimate condemnation, second only to “Genocidal State”.
  2. Ambassador Nikki Haley demands, under threat of US funding, the report be withdrawn.
  3. The Head of the UN Commission which published the report publicly resigns.
  4. And another million Americans realize we are alone as the only country naive (I would say magnanimous) enough to permit these genocidal fucks to infiltrate our policy formulation with individuals more loyal to Israel than America.

These are great days for freedom,

Letter from the First Infantry Division Officer

My Great Good Friends,

I thoroughly enjoy reading all responses to my modest missives from acquaintances and strangers alike. The letter below is particularly poignant in that it illustrates these are not academic or political, idealogical or philosophical arguments.

The power the Zionist lobby represents a real world threat to real Americans like the young First Infantry Division Officer who penned the letter below.

Having taken a similar position to your own since 1968, I have often found myself called by many names including Nazi and Anti-Semitic, this in spite of the fact that my daughter in law is Jewish, and my grandchildren refer to themselves as Greekish.

It is of interest to note, that while serving with the First Infantry Division in Germany, during the early 70’s our Division was put on full alert, rode off to Wiesbaden AFB with our APCs and such and signed our Last Wills. We were about to load the C-130s, when we were told the Israelis had won the conflict and we were “not needed.”

Our Battalion Commander, a highly decorated Colonel of Infantry and Veteran of Vietnam, at a subsequent Officer’s call wondered aloud if the Israelis would have been as quick to respond on our behalf as we had been for them. He was reprimanded shortly thereafter for that comment and demoted to a lesser command. End of career. We, that is the Officers, were all stunned and wondered who had ratted out a great guy and what he had said that was so wrong (it was not).

I am reminded of Winston Churchill’s quote that “All men are equal and all distinctions between them are unhealthy and undemocratic.” And he was an honorary citizen of the US.

Your Pal,

A Military-Security Price

My Great Good Friends,

Having just been confirmed as Secretary of Defense, the opinions of General James Mattis, USMC (Retired), are of utmost importance.

Lest anyone suspect I’ve carefully selected quotes to illustrate his agreement with my contention that we suffer from Israel’s fifth column in Washington, all quotes are from J.J. Goldberg‘s article in the Jewish ‘Forward’ print edition and on line at their English and Yiddish language sites.

The article entitled Top U.S. General: We pay a Price for Backing Israel contains the General’s verbatim answers to Wolf Blitzer’s questions at the Aspen Security Forum, as well a link to the 66:13 minute video of their talk (comments on Israeli settlements in Palestine begin at 41:22).

From the article:

The current situation is unsustainable, America must act with a sense of urgency toward a two state solution. The chances of success are starting to ebb because of the settlements and where they’re at, if it fails the result will be apartheid.

And then this bombshell:

I paid a military-security price every day as the Commander of CentCom because the Americans were seen as biased in support of Israel‘.

Mattis’ predecessor as Chief of CentCom, General David Petraeus, made much the same point in a briefing paper to the Senate Armed Services Committee shortly before he handed CentCom over to Mattis.

The article also has a link to the ADL’s unhinged response to General Petraeus. Some of you may recall his more personalized remarks along same lines to a newly commissioned officer I brought to a small luncheon with the General.

Wolf Blitzer: Is the Israeli Palestinian peace process going anywhere?

General Mattis: Well, Wolf that depends on the protagonists, and do they want it as much as our valiant Secretary of State [Kerry] wants it. The settlements are making it impossible. For example if I’m Jerusalem and I put 500 Jewish settlers out there to the east and there’s 10,000 Arabs there, if we draw the border to include them either it ceases to be a Jewish state, or they say the Arabs don’t get to vote – apartheid. And that didn’t work out so well for a government the last time I saw that practiced in a country. ”

Wow, more concise and eloquent than I’ve heard the argument put by anyone in BDS.

These are great days for freedom,

A Big Tent

My Great Good Friends,

The change in fortune of the BDS-Israel movement has been so dramatic and rapid since President Obama’s decision to allow the Security Council’s (unanimous) adoption of resolution 2334 as to be breathtaking.

Reminiscent of the precipitous collapse of the Soviet Union, oppression and injustice can not hold back the swell of global opinion forever. And apparently when the dam breaks it’s hard and fast.

The current moment has positive domestic and geo-political ramifications.

First domestic: Assuming the Trump Administration reverts to the Middle East policies of President G.W. Bush, it will become increasingly clear the US is alone in supporting Israeli aggression and oppression. A fact heretofore obscured by America blocking unanimous United Nations boycotts, divestitures and sanctions.

To the extent those action are now being put into place, our fellow countrymen will be confronted by what it costs American interests to be subordinate to Israeli, which will in turn illuminate those fifth columnists’ here who have so cravenly betrayed us.

Internationally the positives are too obvious to list, however, before yesterday’s Paris Summit and tomorrow’s UN Security Council meeting overwhelm the more pedestrian accomplishments of the movement, I would like to briefly review some of the 2016 BDS victories.

  1. Under crushing international condemnation Veolia, Orange, CRH and G4S have all divested their businesses in Israel.
  2. In spite of Likud ‘declaring war on BDS’ with propaganda, espionage, intimidation and legal action, The European Union and numerous individual countries upheld the right of their citizens to boycott Israeli products and companies doing business with Israel.
  3. The UN Human Rights Commission has begun compiling a database of Israeli and international corporations complicit in and / or profiting from the occupation regime.
  4. And the zeitgeist needle moves: The Brookings Institute recently published an opinion poll finding 46% of all Americans and 60% 0f Democrats support “sanctions against Israel for it’s colonization of Palestinian land”.
  5. Broadening mainstream church groups participation in BDS including the United Methodist, the Presbyterian, and the Alliance of Baptists Churches joining the long list which began with the National Coalition of American Nuns boycott on October 21, 2007.
    And my favorite each year:
  6. Those wild and crazy young whippersnappers. Pharrell Williams and Beyonce cancelling scheduled gigs in Tel Aviv and undergraduate student governments from the University of Chicago to the University of Quatar.
  7. Finally organized labor from the United Electrical Workers Union to the NYU Graduate Assistant Teachers Union.

So, once again this year: ‘A Big Tent’.

A Confusing Week REDUX

My Great Good Friends,

One of the wonderful things about this format is picking up prior themes questioned by one or two friends and elaborating upon the point, on the assumption others may share the question.

I recently had the opportunity to expatiate upon my statement in the essay “A confusing Week” that the term ‘Judeo-Christian‘ was a political contrivance to tamp down a nascent cold war wave of American anti semitism.

The 1950s rekindling of this irrational hostility was not solely attributable to ancient myths or (then) Catholic dogma. The source (in the depths of the cold war, with our principal advisory armed with stolen nuclear weapons technology), was the Government fueled fear of international Communism.

As I had used the New York Times’ content analysis algorithm to trace the term ‘Judeo-Christian‘ in common parlance, it coincided with western propaganda reviling Bolsheviks in the Soviet Union and beyond, many of which were Jewish. And this is not surprising given the pogroms of the Russian Orthodox Tsars.

AnyHowitzer, it was the constant revelation of Jewish — or assumed to be Jewish — names associated with the national fear (especially domestic nuclear spies) which threatened, by association, patriotic Jewish Americans. And hence the ‘Judeo-Christian‘ initiative to thwart a group condemnation for the acts of individual enemies and traitors.

After this explanation I offered to provide what would have been the names in the news fueling domestic concern to the point a counter narrative had to be constructed. The Encyclopedia Judacia lists hundreds (mostly obscure and unpronounceable) so I’ll provide aggregates.

Robert Wilton, Moscow correspondent for The Times (London), in his definitive “Les Derniers Jours Des Romanofs” lists the members of The Central Committee of the Bolshevik Party as: Bronstein (Trotsky), Zinovief, Larine, Ouritski, Volodarski, Kamanef, Smidovich, Yankel and Steklof; nine Jews, and three non-Jews: Lenin, Krylenko, and Lounatcharski.

Similarly (names available);

  • The Council of the Peoples Commissars: 17 of 22.
  • The Central Executive Committee: 42 0f 60. And,
  • The Extraordinary Commission of Moscow: 23 of 35.

So on the question of mid-century American anti Semitism, and the motivation for the ‘Judeo-Christian‘ construct, I suggest cold war fear and hostility conflated with the historic association of Jews with our then one mortal enemy; the Soviet Union, was probably the culprit.

And, lest anyone question that historic association, whilst Premier Khrushchev put the percentage of Jews in the initial Soviet hierarchy at two in three, recently President Putin in a speech at the reopening of the Schneerson Library within the National Jewish Museum in Moscow said; “Up to 80 – 85% of the first Soviet Union government members were Jews”.

The Second Amendment Election

My Great Good Friends,

With the DJIA at a new high, the Yuan at a new low, and DEFCON reset to its lowest nuclear alert stage, there is a lot to be thankful for in this first post election week.

The fact that we are all the center of our own world was indelibly impressed upon me by a Mr. Hart, my fifth grade teacher. Sprinkling a little sugar water on a balloon to attract some playground ants he then blew it up illustrating every ant thought all the other ants were moving away from her.

Cognizant that I too have an ant’s world view, the election celebrations I am invited to are distinctly Second Amendment centric.

More than once friends have opined that ‘we’, the gun rights advocates, have saved the Second Amendment. I wonder if it might be the other way around.

As constructed by our genius Founders, the Second is the ultimate guarantor of all our other rights. And, as such, a galvanic agent for amping the enthusiasm of conservative rural voters. Voters who, again down to the genius of the Founders, would be disenfranchised were it not for the electoral college. As the Democrat party machines ran up the urban block vote with dependency entitlements, the self reliant coalesced around gun rights.

AnyHowitzer, maybe we did save it. Maybe it saved us,

NB: Please see the site for the August 31, 2013 essay ‘Returning to the Second Amendment’ for my analysis of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy article on international comparisons of violence and civilian access to handguns.

Also the January 9th 2013 and January 14th 2013 essays on the hypocritical politics of gun control may be of interest.

Custom Carving

My Great Good Friends,

sig-smallAs much as I admire the Penguin Grips I shared in my May ’15 post, the example below is a particular favorite as it was my first attempt at hand carving a pair myself.

On my Sig Sauer P220 x-6, (the fabled illusive unicorn of pistols from their German Custom Works) I now have a pair sporting the (admittedly not perfectly matched) Imperial Fasces.AnyHowitzer, I’m available to enhance your transoms, coffins, and pistol grips.

Israeli Assertiveness

My Great Good Friends,

Thanks to brother Emil having posted these opinion pieces in chronological order, ( the dialogue has become a more holistic discussion and less a single ‘point at issue’ debate.

For example, possibly due to the heavy pour at The Palm, Andrew challenged my assertion that the Israelis would become more, not less assertive in confronting BDS with the end of the Obama administration. My parry riposte is reproduced below.

In an unprecedented series of long open forum discussions with various conservative Jewish media outlets (the most recent was five and a half hours on August 23rd) Prime Minister Netanyahu has been waxing philosophical on how he outlasted the Obama administration.

Ranging from the ‘poor little me’ version; “…President Obama told me at our very first meeting that the US demands that Israel stop building everywhere in Judea and Samaria. I asked him about (lists various areas) that will obviously remain part of Israel… He refused to hear about it.” He goes on to say the President “marked” him from the outset as to blame for the lack of a working relationship. Ahhh, poor baby.

To the conveniently forgetful version, omitting his histrionics vis first promising to destroy the Iranian nuclear facilities (didn’t happen) and blocking Americas rapprochement with Iran as an ‘existential treat’ (more on that later) to Israel, (yeah, also didn’t happen).

He then, (ironically for the leader of a parliamentary system based upon stitching coalitions together) attempts to degrade the power of the American Presidency, which as you know in matters of international affairs is virtually unfettered. Specifically he has the hootspah (chutzpah Ed.) to say; “The President is not a one man show. There is public opinion, there is congress, there is the media. You have to use the entire system.” Which his fifth columnists in all of the above certainly did, however the President still prevailed. Meaning, I doubt the idiots in Congress will re-invite him to address a joint session in an attempt to end run a President.

Adding academia to the list of traditionally supportive disciplines, in another section of his comments, going on about how much he is liked in America he concedes; “While it’s true that we have a problem on the campuses…” Which has to be the greatest possible compliment to the BDS movement.

And finally to his phony bravado denouement, full of the self aggrandizing half truths I have often exposed, he maintains it is an Israeli success that the US security aid was set at $4.5B per year for the next decade. “We sealed the deal midway, and in my opinion, that is more than reasonable.” he said, unless of course one remembers his adamant refusal to begin negotiations until after the administration closed the Iranian deal. A tactical mistake defense analysts estimate at a $10B loss to his country.

The relevance of his manipulation of the facts will become obvious as his media shills here begin repeating his $45B end zone dance.

And, although it’s in the public domain, I’ll bet we don’t hear that his ‘victory’ agreement also includes:

  1. ending the additional $.4B to $.7B annual aid for Iron Dome
  2. ending all military and security funding outside of the agreement, and
  3. reducing to zero the 25% of the aid now permissibly allocated to Israeli defense contractors. Which, just happens to coincide with the largest segment of Israeli defense industry revenues.

AnyHowitzer, back to his favorite tune: X, Y, and/or Z are an ‘existential threat’ to Israel. Since you’re probably tired of my debunking that trope try this on:

In an August 30th article in the Jerusalem Post entitled “Ex Mossad Chief says Israel’s biggest threat is potential civil war not Iran”. From the article; Tamir Pardo in his first public appearance since leaving office in June of this year says the most pressing threat is increased polarization within Israeli society.

“There is no outside existential threat to Israel, the only real existential threat is the internal division.” Pardo said. He went on; “When a society crosses a certain line in its division and hatred then there is a real possibility to see a phenomenon like a civil war.” “Internal division can lead to civil war – we are already on a path towards that”.

Well I guess if anyone, the Chief of Mossad should know how much of the Likud monolithic image we are fed here is bullshit.

Rabbi / General

My Great Good Friends,

As some of you know I am willing to pursue any discussion to it’s logical conclusion, even (maybe especially) if it is likely to upend my threshold assumption. None of this “let’s agree to disagree” bullshit for me.

As a corollary I will not leave an intelligent question unanswered.

While no one questioned the assessment of Rabbi Yisrael Ariel as a psychotic mirror image of his Mullah counterparts, two friends did suggest that his insanity is not as dangerous as the Islamists promoting the same hate tactics because he is not in a position of political or military authority.

Point taken. So, as an exemplar of a person at the heart of the governmental hierarchy – with unassailable religious, political and military authority – who can not be disavowed by the current Likud lunatics, consider Brigadier General Eyal Karim.

Recently promoted to the IDF’s highest religious post with the support of Israel’s two Chief Rabbis and Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman, from his current billet as second in command, there is a long public record of (then Colonel) Karim’s genocidal support for ethnic cleansing worthy of the worst Islamist or Einsatzgruppen maniac.

For example: In his column “Ask the Rabbi” Karim responds to a variety of questions on the specifics of Jewish religious law. One of which was “Is it allowed for an IDF soldier, to rape girls during battle, or is such a thing forbidden?” And the Rabbi / General’s reply: “Even though fraternizing with a Gentile women is a very serious matter, it was permitted during wartime … the Torah permits the individual to satisfy the evil urge.”

The good Rabbi / General also opined in Kapi his approval of burning Christian bibles, torturing captives and killing wounded terrorists since “Terrorists should not be treated as human beings because they are animals.”

In another article the good Rabbi / General called for the State of Israel to be turned into a monarchy unhindered by democratic restraints to “bring a genocide upon the people of Amalek”. Unfortunately for him the Amalek people whose destruction is called for in the Torah have no lineal descendants alive today so the good Rabbi / General attributes their “bloodline” to Israel’s current enemies and proscribes a ‘divinely commanded’ extermination. Messianic lunatic views you and I have been conditioned to expected from a Mullah.

And for giggles, know this jackass ruled military court testimony of females could not be dispositive due to their “sentimental” nature. And, soldiers can opt out of serving under females if it would be upsetting to them “to gaze upon her”.

In line with Rabbi Ariel’s Sanhedrin idiocy, in 2013 the good Rabbi / General produced a booklet distributed to all IDF personnel stating “Jewish supremacy is divinely ordained and will always overrule laws of democracy”. And not to be outdone by Afrikaner apartheid, the little hate manual goes on to say: “The concept that non-Jews have equal rights with Jews in Israel goes against the opinion of the Torah, and the states representatives have no authority to act against the Torah’s will.”

So, one might challenge my previous missive on the grounds that while Rabbi Ariel is a sick bastard he is not in a position central to Israeli policy and governmental power, that certainly can not be said of General / Rabbi Eyal Karim.

Honor is due to David Sheen for his article re-published in English in ‘+972 Magazine’ which precipitated a shit storm. However, you guessed it; after the dust settled the IDF’s Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot approved the promotion. Which makes sense because although it’s a well hidden fact, the fact is, this genocidal fuck is perfectly in line with his government’s true intentions.

The Seven Noahide Laws

My Great Good Friends,

The essay exploring the genesis of the phrase ‘Judaeo – Christian’ was particularly well received.

The concluding rhetorical; “How can a concept which was unknown to the Founders, was politically contrived to avert a domestic pogrom, and is ontologically ridiculous, be any part of our definition of America?” has provoked a number of interesting questions.

Specifically, the reference to a divine warrant for violent proselytizing and ethnic cleansing raised the question; ‘is that a historic or contemporary reference?’.

Sadly, the answer is contemporary. And the proponents may surprise you.

For example within the last six months Pope Francis’ direction of the Holy See’s diplomatic position on Palestine ignited a fury among senior mullahs who convened a court in Teheran condemning the Pontiff, President Obama, and the European Union in absentia for denying their claim for “exclusive patrimony” over historic Palestine.

More disconcerting was the statements by mullah ababa sobini who stated that according to the Islamic sage Sedinomiam, Muslims are commanded to kill non-Muslims who do not agree to be governed by Sharia law.

The mullah went on to explain ‘what is peace’ under the Koran: “You ask; do you follow the seven Noahide Laws? If so, we will allow you to live. If not, we kill all of the males by sword, we keep only the women.” He went on to say “If they raise the flag of surrender from then on there is no more Christianity, no more Judaism, the Temples and Christian spires come down and they will follow the seven Noahide Laws.

OK, OK, OK, enough of this fun. The more astute readers will ave noticed the clues; the seven Noahide Laws are obviously from the Old Testament, and the great sage Sedinomiam is Maimonides spelled backwards.

AnyHowitzer, for those of you so lulled by the American media that you can’t recognize a genocidal apartheid state, the actual names which I substituted with the names in bold typeface are, in order:

Mullah for – Rabbi
Teheran for – Jerusalem
Mullah Ababa Sobini for – Rabbi Yisrael Ariel
Muslims for – Jews
non-Muslims for – non-Jews
Sharia for – Jewish
Koran for – Torah
Judaism for – Islam
Temples for – Mosques

If you doubt this sick fuck Rabbi Yisrael Ariel called for the killing of the Pope and our President and genocide to all non-Jews who won’t convert or submit, you can watch his September 9, 2015 rant at

And lest you claim he is an outlier kook of no consequence know he is formerly rabbi of the Jewish Seminary at Yamit, second on the electoral list for the political party Kach, and currently leader of “nascent sanhedrin rabbis”. He has called Baruch Goldstein (convicted of killing 29 Palestinians at prayer in a Hebron Mosque) “a martyr, and martyrs are above saints and righteous men”.

So, other than promising Baruch 79 virgins, how are these psycho rabbis and their all too current hatred any different from the mullahs also citing Bronze Age myths to get people to kill other peoples kids?

Blue Lives Matter

My Great Good Friends,

I walked into a room where a houseguest was watching coverage of the Dallas massacre on NBC. While it would never occur to me to turn to the Brian Williams fantasy network for objective news on anything, the broadcast (I’m sure inadvertently) did provide a powerful insight.

On screen was the articulate anchor Lester Holt (black) questioning a local affiliate’s field reporter (black). Subsequent segments included interviews with the police chief (black), the former mayor (black), the trauma surgeon who treated the wounded cops (black), the attorney general of California (black), the attorney general of the United States (black), a congressman (black), etc.

All while waiting for a statement from the most powerful man in the world (black).

I did not support President Obama in 2008, however I did think a silver lining to his victory would be to put ‘paid’ to the whining about American racism I have been hearing my whole life.

After one trillion dollars (yeah, with a ‘t’) spent on Great Society programs over the last 50 years the vast majority of black Americans have, thankfully, been afforded the opportunity to attain the most prestigious positions in our society.

So what of the dregs? The militants, the multigenerational dependent, the anarchists the nihilists?

I am beginning to think skin color is no longer the barrier to elected office or a multi million dollar network contract.

I am beginning to think the barrier is self immersion in ghetto culture, violence, misogyny, the rejection of education, and emulating gang appearance and speech.

The important word in the previous paragraph is SELF.

The happenstance of one’s skin color is not something we can control, hence virtue in the blood and treasure spent in the last half century to stop the waste of human potential. That is not what is happening today.

Its pretty evident when there are white faces among the unhinged rioters, and stoic black faces among police lines, that race in America is no longer the issue.

The race hustlers and profiteers from Sharpton and Jackson to the NBA and the music media conglomerates have no motivation to change the status quo. And, they certainly have been successful in broadening their consumers beyond the inner city.

Dr. Williams, the trauma surgeon mentioned above, has a darker complexion than I, and he is welcome in my home.

Eminem, the rapper, has a lighter complexion than I, and I wouldn’t piss on him if he were on fire.

We owed support to the civil rights movement because no one chooses their skin color and therefor black’s exclusion from society could be, had to be, fixed by society.

We owe zero, nothing, to the punks, rioters, snipers – white or black, urban or suburban – who are choosing to self exclude from society.

In the 1950s we could not tell someone to ‘just change your skin color’. But today we can tell these folks ‘just drop the ghetto / gang speech, clothes and attitude’.

Study like the doctor or attorneys above, serve bravely like the police chief above, get elected like the representatives above, become as articulate as the President, and get those stupid preppie glasses Lester Holt wears.

So; we don’t choose our skin color, but we can choose how we present ourselves to society and it’s enforcers.

And all the evidence suggests America has evolved to the point where an individuals’ choices, not the happenstance of race, will determine his fate.

AnyHowitzer, lets hope the current situation defuses before the self segregating thugs learn the locks on our front doors are for their protection, not ours.
